Philip Peters: Philips expertise has been gained from working at various management levels through to main board director. A key element of his approach is working in partnership with managers, leaders, and organisations to create a clear line of sight down, up and across organisations, installing (where applicable) measurable and achievable KPIs, therefore ensuring all employees are linked to its overall strategic goals, objectives and culture.

Over the years Philip has gained an in-depth understanding of an extensive and diverse range of market sectors from SMEs through to major corporations in both the private and public arenas, across different cultures and economic environments, including the past 9 years working in partnership with organisations from the Former Soviet Union, in Russia, Ukraine,
Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kazakhstan and Georgia.

Julie Farmer:Julie worked for Emtech Incident Control Management and Counter Terrorism. In 2002, Emtech was acquired by Chubb Fire. Julie continued to work with Chub Fire for a number of  years.

Julie has worked on  multiple assignments covering personal development coaching and the delivery of leadership skills through to key administrative roles. Julie has designed and helped a number organisations in the deployment of new business ventures and restructures.

Julie is an author of a number of books which includes: A Confident Women at Work.

Is currently the Deputy Mayor of her home town and has been a Town Councillor since 2007. She is also the founder of the Women’s Oral History Project. The aim is to record the history of normal women doing normal activities. 

Tatiana Shapovalova: Tanya originally from Russia (she also speaks English and Spanish) heads up our PRISM team and is the licensed trainer for practitioners across all Russian speaking countries. Tanya holds a masters degree in teaching as well as a post graduate degree in HR. ​

With Tanya’s in-depth knowledge of organisational behaviour and having worked with a number of large companies developing their people, she is an crucial member of the Taylor Mason team.
